Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Careening Hawk and Spring Flowers~

I love this image of the female Red-shouldered Hawk careening down to grab a meal from below.

So many spring blossoms and I wanted to share a few. One kind of sad thing...one waits for a whole year to enjoy these flowers which bloom for such a brief time anyway. We had snow, and while it was light, it pretty much did my flowers in. Usually there are oodles of Hyacinth and Daffodils, but, what you see in the little glass bouquet, is all that survived.  The magenta blossoms are the beginning of the Redbud trees and the heavy flowering is still to come forth. The same goes for the Buckeye tree, new leaf pods beginning to pop open...all always so swift and so appreciated~
