Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Sun Drenched Winter's Sky for SkyWatch Friday~

~Sunrise on Covered Bridge Road for SkyWatch Friday~

I took this series Sunday morning, as I traveled Covered Bridge Road in Oldham County, where we live, through Sleepy Hollow and into the Springhurst area of Eastern Jefferson County, KY~

Linking up with Sylvia at:

SkyWatch Friday
I invite you to check out more 'Skywatch Friday' posts from around the world at:

The next three images/mosaics, were taken over looking the golf course along the country lane, that is one of my favored places to photograph from.
I get so many wildlife and nature images here every week that I travel on it~

The following eight images/mosaics were taken on the far side of Sleepy Hollow, where the 2 counties meet~

Just as I was getting ready to turn toward Springhurst in Eastern Jefferson County, 2 American Crows took flight in the sun drenched Winter's morning sky~

Upon arriving at my destination point, the sun was bright upon the tall Pampas Grasses that adorned the parking lot, where I stopped for the morning's offering...
That will have to come another time~

  2. Your images near the golf course are so striking. One of the reasons I am drawn to it is for the three trees on the right. I love things in threes. All are very beautiful tho!

  18. Sleep Hollow, what a great name for a place. It conjours up thoughts and pictures of sunny afternoons, dozing on the porch and watching the sun go down - or up. Wonderful collages Mary and superb colours too.
