In recent months I joined an online group of KY Bird alerts.
Those alerts have taken me to locate the Barred Owl that I have shared, as well
as many birds I had seen and many I had never heard of, let alone seen and they
were mostly all down by the Ohio River, or near there, driving along the scenic
route we take into the city, or a couple just across the lane from Cave Hill,
where we go nearly every Wednesday, but we would have never known of the
visitors to the area, had I not received these alerts...
Bridges are such amazing structures, and I decided to get a
little artsy with a few of them in this post, otherwise they are just so boring;)
Our youngest daughter has been searching for a position here in
Kentucky for over a year, her background being in the film production
industry...there was not much going on here for her.
Two weeks ago she learned
of a position in Florida, had all of her interviews, done via using Skype, and,
or phone and they made her an offer she could not refuse.
She was planning on
being married this year anyway and she and her Matty did not want to go to
Florida without being married first.
We planned a wedding in less than 6
days...non-traditional, yet very traditional, they walked the isle barefoot, in
our home church and someone said, that "all weddings, should be so sweet and
easy flowing as their wedding was."
It was a whirlwind week, and this week we
saw them off to Florida.
It was bitter/sweet bidding them
farewell, and then mother nature is wrecking our back yard once again, all
photos will be shared in a second post for this week, I have just hesitated to share before now.
I must apologize then for being totally absent from viewing any of your shares this past week~

Dr. William Cromer was able to attend the wedding and we were so delighted~
It all turned out beautifully~
My 3 daughters, grand-daughter, sons-in-law and 3 of our 4 grandsons shown in mosaic below, along with Dad~
Ashleigh's best friends stood with her after the wedding, Connie on left lives here and Erin on right flew in a few days before from Houston, Texas...
I am telling you, it was a whirlwind affair ;)
