Whew wee, the 90's have escaped us for a few days and we are having nice summer days now in the eighties and with lower humidity, so it is marvelous. Had some bad storms night before last, leaving over 25,000 Kentuckians without power. In fact, so many schools were affected that today was supposed to be their first day back after summer break, but schools were closed. My father-in-law is 87 and he is really missing his tellie and the air conditioner. Yesterday morning, following the rains, I took my usual ride along country roads to get to church. I saw a field with cattle and then the beautiful Egret flew over and it made my morning complete. It was a great start for my new week. I am now the proud owner of a new laptop and so I am hoping to stay in better touch and keep up with more blogs than I have been able to in recent weeks. Have a great week~
Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~
