Love these birds, and these images gave me a feel of nature's own watercolours. The Cedar Waxwings just seemed to melt into their backdrop of autumn colourations. They had been busy eating on Crab-apples and Honeysuckle berries and were taking a break. More images to come in later postings~
Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Beautiful, artistic captures! Cedar waxwings came to my area for the first time last winter to eat desert mistletoe. I'll be watching for them again.

Oh fantastic, you got them too ;-) I can make a deal, I send you one bohemian and you send me a cedar ;-) I've never seen the cedar and it looks as beautiful as the bohemian... I definitively love these birds! You got beautiful shots Mary!
