Randy, I am going to add a couple more and I cannot tell the difference between the question Mark and the Eastern Comma too well. It looks like the very bottom one is the Question Mark...Do I have both, or just the Question Mark...?
Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Nearing End of Butterfly Season~
It has been a month since I took these images, but I wanted to share them, before the season wanes and they show up in winter images;). Gardens next door to our home and across the lane provide me with many lovely opportunites to view many butterflies. In this series is the Buckeye, Painted Lady and Eastern Comma, and Clouded Sulphur.

ohh!great ones, Mary! I love the comma in the 5th shot (that's the comma, right?) - what a cool composition! All of them are beautiful though! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely sharp colourful images of the butterflies.
ReplyDeleteMary,
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed these photos! I'm certain your comma is actually an Question Mark. It does have a comma but the angled shape of the wings confirm Question Mark.
Its a pity we will not see them for a few months.. till next spring.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day Mary.
