Tree Branch Tips Off the Sun~
Be sure to check out more 'Skywatch Friday' posts from around the world at: http://skyley.blogspot.com/
Living in a valley, I seldom view a good sunrise, or sunset and have to make my way elsewhere. One special place that I return to often, is at this tree line where one dead tree branch always seems to be reaching for the sun when it first begins to appear. This morning I was able to catch the sun rising from imagined fingertips of the dead tree branch. I loved how the sun seemed to warm the morning sky with hues that became richer as it rose a little higher~

The washed out effect of the sky around the sun is quite soothing.

ReplyDeleteTremendous captures! I hope your retina is still intact looking straight into the sun like that. You really have captured magic, as though one could see solar flares.
