Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

It is the male that I keep seeing going into the thick branches of the spreading Juniper shrub, always with a mouthful of nourishment for little ones~

Thrilled, that is what I am... why...because for the first time in living here for thirty years, right outside, in the side garden, we have a Cardinal's nest.  They usually make their nest somewhere out and away from the house, but not this year.  It is the male that I keep seeing going into the thick branches of the spreading Juniper shrub, always with a mouthful of nourishment for little ones.  So hoping to be able to watch this a little closer over the coming days.  I am not certain how far along these little ones might be, as I only noticed the male slipping into the nest on Saturday~
