Seventh day of sharing last season's time with the Red-shouldered Hawks of Tingsgrove. These photographs show both the previous "nest chick" and "basket chick" thriving and growing beautifully. They are really quite beautiful at all times, yet I find them even more striking as they grow more adult feathers and colouring~
Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Its nice that you get to watch them preen like that, all nestled beautiful in contrast to the leaves of the oak tree.
