White-throated Sparrows bring such a delight to us in the winter, for they are along our entryway, garden gates, feeders and shrubs all day and are such welcome visitors. Both colour morphs are seen here. We place several feeders out with seed, and some suet. Whenever we have left over hotcakes, stale rolls and breads, even fries, popped corn, I toss those out for the wildlife, even fresh cranberries are a nice addition, though they look rather nice in the snow, none are usually taken~
Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~
