Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

It Is Just The Way That It Is~

What a week in the blogging arena...first the image was made small, then it was lost altogether. I then uploaded several different options and all of the remained on the left margin and smaller than I usually have used past 2 and 1/2 years. Then I was introduced to all sorts of people via the blogger help area, who have had similar problems with the now year old new templates...what?
Anyway, I have copied and pasted codes, inserted them where they might have made a difference, I have then deleted them, when the preview showed nothing was changing. If the truth be told, where the one special code is to be inserted in my template, the words that are to be present on the expanded version, are not even in the body of the entire html coding page.
All of this said, I have changed colours until I am well, blue in the face... I am extremely colour sensitive and that is a shame, otherwise, I probably would have left the first attempt as it was, but alas, I think this morning I have landed on the umpteenth colour for the entire look and will most probably change it again... Silly me!
The American Black Vulture was the first to arrive on the sight of fresh deer killed along the country lane while driving through horse country earlier this week. It has really turned cold and icicles formed in many parts of the county, always so pretty! Have a very Happy weekend with family and friends and do not fret, I am fine with this blogging thing, just a wee bit frustrated that I cannot make it my own as I would enjoy~

  1. The photos in this post are amazing! What an amazing photo of the hawk! Once again I will have to return with my husband to see it :)

  2. love the black vulture on the fence! yes, i've been enjoying this trip thru all of your blog layouts! sadly you have not! :)

  3. p.s. you should link this to Friday's Fences at

  4. Those vulture shots must defintely make up for your dissappointment with Blogger Mary, they are just superb, the wholw bird in focus top to toe. Having tried to change my header I'm now in the same boat as you. We have a saying over here "If it ain't broke don't fix it", I should have listened to that.

  5. Beautiful is the way I can say it, the Black Vulture is beyond out this world. Cheers Mary.

  6. Great series of photos. I love the shots of the Black Vulture.

  7. Oh, your pictures are out of this world, simply amazing! The last one, splendid.

I am sorry you are having such a difficult time with Blogger. I am still on the 2005 template, too scared to touch anything, lest it disappears. Yours looks great, though! :-)

  8. Woohoo, I just got an image to just about center...yeah. Wonder how long this one will last, hopefully a very long time~
