This year I saw my first White-breasted even though I have seen a lot of Red-breasted. Great pictures. I did not get pictures of mine. Yes, I did see your Great Gray pictures. Beautiful.

Such a lovely fellow and great model, you got him really well! ;-)
That little cutie is so beautiful, he can stop and let me photograph it.
Those are a perfect little species Mary, and so incredibly and unbelievably white that I wonder how they disguise themselves against predators in the trees?
Oh, such a cutie he is! And he looks happy regardless of what the skies look like! Guess we could all learn a lesson from him!! Terrific captures as always! Enjoy your weekend!Sylvia
I sooo love the white-breasted (and red-breasted) nuthatches! They are delightful birds!
Well, as you can see, things changed from what had originally been posted for SkyWatch Friday. I had just completed changing the appearance of my blog and comments began coming to the wrong post, so I had to change it to the one that was thought to be the correct one. I am so sorry about any mess up and I hope that you will enjoy your SkyWatch Friday entries~
Lovelly nuthatch! Love the new look of your blog Mary ;)

I love and enjoy each visitor to "Red Shouldered Hawks of Tingsgrove and Beyond." I truly appreciate those who have become followers to my blog and really am encouraged by the wonderful comments. I also enjoy leaving comments and would like to ask that you please make your blog word verification free! You still have top security settings and you still have control over the comments published. It would make it so much easier, if you would consider doing this. I switched several months ago and am thrilled with the results.FYI if you leave ANONYMOUS comments, they will never get published, so please don't waste your time~
