Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

The Heavens Seemed to Vibrate~

The first evening of our stay at Land Between the Lakes we were approaching sunset. As we neared the shoreline, a line formed for what seemed like miles of European Starlings gathering and flying in mass. Mumuration ;)The heavens seemed to vibrate with their rhythmical movement of flight and action and sound. Even with the noise, it was tranquil and almost quiet beyond description.  Look closely, and as far as you can see, there they were...amazing sight~

  1. Amazing photos. You have witnessed many "happenings" in nature....this from a city girl...

  2. Ahh ... a murmuration of Starlings. What a glorious sight AND sound.

I also enjoy leaving comments and would like to ask that you please make your blog word verification free! You still have top security settings and you still have control over the comments published. It would make it so much easier, if you would consider doing this. I switched several months ago and am thrilled with the results.
FYI if you leave ANONYMOUS comments, they will never get published, so please don't waste your time~
