Hunting From a Utility Pole~

These images are of the same hawk that I got for my birthday the other day.  I actually spied it at 4 locations, so I must keep them in different posts, as well as it is winter, it is very cold, my new winter boots ordered on December 2, just for the record have still not yet arrived and I shall soon run out of images, if I am not careful.  Thus said, I hope that viewing the same hawk in different hunting modes shall not bore you stiff ;)  These were taken of it as it hunted from a utility pole and it finally got put out with me and flew to another spot.  I truly cannot contain myself when they are just right there and I have a camera in hand, however after four different posing stations, I truly did allow it to get on with it's morning hunt.  I only stayed along side of it for no more than ten minutes...mean and cruel behavior...not~
