Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

The heavy snows remain and I am confined to my two acres for a while longer~

The heavy snows remain and I am confined to my two acres for a while longer.  This morning, I watched as a Mourning Dove would take a quick look-see and then dose off.  It finally took notice of me and flew away, but not before I took several images of him~

  1. I wish I had running water in my backyard during the winter. Beautiful pictures. I love the dove.

  2. There is truly something peaceful about watching a dove rest and sleep surrounded by the quietude of a snow filled world.

  3. Mary, amazing colors on the dove! so beautiful. Wonderful photos. It will be a while yet before I see any here, but hopefully soon.

  4. I like your birds and snow views. :) ! Visit my blog Bulgaria tourism, please. Thank you! Have a nice day!
