The snow was forming in the air and the bunch of them looked like large black ash falling from the sky~

It has been a battle lately in locating any fresh nature/wildlife entries. We have the Titmouse, Wrens, Cardinals, Nuthatches, Towhees, Blue Birds, Blue Jays, Chickadees, and Sparrows, but not much more of anything else coming round, not even the Finches... When we have severe weather, our neighborhood is the one that determines if the county schools will be closed, for the hills are large and the ice and snow is the last in the county to be cleared. We have had a fairly mild winter, but snow is in the air. I drove a quick ride into town this afternoon for a market visit. As I came out from the store, I heard what sounded like gun fire... I drove to the neighborhood where it had come from. Someone was shooting up in the air and frightening off a large crowd of American Black Vultures. The snow was forming in the air and the bunch of them looked like large black ash falling from the sky. Just as I was about to head home, a rush of snow began to fall, leaving me a little anxious.  The photographs that closed my visit turned out quite surreal and dreamy in quality.  Have a safe week wherever you may reside~
