A hawk was well in advance of gathering in it's meal just at dusk~

We have an occasional Sharp Shinned hawk visit the grove. In fact 2 years ago, even the neighbors asked what on earth was going on over here. A hawk was well in advance of gathering in it's meal just at dusk. There was easily over 100 birds making their panic noises in unison. I was not sure what was going on and took a look-see. There it was dethroning a Mourning Dove. It was so close, I could have reached up and touched the limb it was perched upon. It did not seemed bothered in the least by my presence.
This one however, was so far from me, I did not think a descent photograph would turn out.  If you never view one and they are in your area, the noise they make will most certainly get your attention.  It is almost like a loud shrill laughter~
