Today, my post will be a series of both an immature Red-tailed Hawk along side a little Carolina Chickadee, just because, no reason, I just wanted to... I love the beauty of both and since they do not hang out together in the wild, I thought I would have them do so today on my blog. Besides the images of the little Chickadee add a bit of colour to an otherwide dull series of entries of the beautiful hawk chilling on a utility wire~

Beautiful shots again Mary. Admiring your great birds all the time.

Your pics made me smile Mary, especially when the hawk is looking down on that little fella like its a meal and the little one is looking up as if to say "No". Thanks for your question about "mosses" Mary. hard to explain so try and get my link here foran explanation and a picture. Phil

Even though they were not together in real life, it's chilling to have the hawk in one photo looking down at the chickadee in the other and sizing it up for lunch.
ReplyDeleteThanks for asking about our kitties. We have two new ones after our sweet Kinsey passed. I'll posting them this weekend, but in the meantime, here's a look at what are probably the best two photos I've gotten of them:
