A Snow Pup-Cub and Snow Deers~

We had a bit of snow week before last,
and Meaka always acts like it was created just for her.
She adores romping in it so much!
Happy Monday, Happy Week and Happy Mosaic Monday~

I am linking up with Mary for:

"Mosaic Monday"

The images in this post, like the one above, were taken outside our lower patio door windows, as the sky turned dark, with a snowstorm approaching.
I love, love, love trees, and try often, to capture images with our only white barked Sycamore tree.
One of our neighbors, just lost a big one like this last week, and I would hate losing this one~

This White-tailed Deer momma with her triplets walked through our 2 acre woods, along the creek, as light snow continued to fall.
These images were taken late in the day, just a little while before sunset, and so I felt really happy to get a few nice snow scenes with the family in for this post~

  12. Your dog Meaka is lovely and cute. And I loved the deer photos, they can be so difficult to photograph as they easily get spooked and run away.

  13. oh the deers are so beautiful. How wonderful to be able to see them in the wild. Lovely.
Have a wonderful week. I hope you stay warm and dry and away from the snow storms.

  14. Meaka looks such a friendly dog with kind eyes, I'm sure she is. If those deer are wild then you do well to get such wonderful shots. Our Roe Deer in this part of the world are extremely shy, especially if they have young nearby. Have a great week Mary.

  16. How lucky for you to see wild deer and get such wonderful photographs of them. We occasionally see deer in the New Forest, but they always disappear quickly - you must be quiet as a mouse! Your dog is just adorable too - she looks so full of fun! Another lovely blog post to cheer up my grey and drizzly day - thank you!

  17. Awesome shots of the deer in the snow. What a job that momma has taking care of these three cuties. Meaka is precious and certainly seems right at home in the white stuff.

  19. I never know if anyone comes back to see the blogger's replies, or not, but here goes, just in case. Thank you for your kind comments and yes, Phil those White-tailed Deer are wild. They roam our neighborhood and if you walk toward them, they scatter very quickly, other than the woman who lives next door. She takes a little can of corn down every night and it is like gold for those deer~
