45 Minutes + of Pecking and Observation~

For at the very least 45 minutes I observed and photographed this little Downy Woodpecker pecking at this one leaf, which must have had goodies within it.  I took these through our glass patio doors and these were the better of the lot. 
While the Woodpecker was pecking away, for most of the same time, a Gray Squirrel in a nearby tree was also busy observing the same thing that I was ...nature ;)~
