Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

I Cannot Contain My Joy~

One more Cedar Waxwing encounter took place Sunday afternoon, and there were quite a few on this walk. At the end of my lane, seems to be the best gathering point for them each season. The give away is the American Robins, making their very joyful noises, hundreds, maybe thousands of them gather in the assorted coniferous trees, now bearing fruit, as well as the assorted bushes and shrubs with same.

* Chris, if you view these...sorry, but I just had to share them once again, they are just too beautiful. Your Bohemian Waxwings shall surely arrive soon and when they do, then I can be envious, yet for now, I cannot contain my joy and being among these beauties in nature~

  3. Well, I am jealous! Three at once! I just love the little red markings that match the berries so well.

  4. Great images Mary, wonderful contrasts of the green colours of the trees and the subtle greys of the waxwings. If only we could get Bohemian Waxwings soon and I could get such super pictures I too would be happy.
