Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Cherished Nuzzles, Shaking the Seed, Shades of Autumn Now Faded~

Once again, I could not make up my mind, so I placed several choices together...

Wild Porcelain Berries ready for the wildlife to gather up~

Mourning Dove contemplates quick get away~

Last of the Roses, Hedge Apples thrown into the creek by 2 sweet little twin boys and hanging berries~

Part of 21 gallons of Acorns that I gathered just from our deck and driveway to place out for the wildlife~

Doe is just about finished with raising this season's fawn, believed to also be a doe~

Some cherished nuzzling, as the doe listens for the bucks which have now returned to seek mates.  She also listened intently to the sounds of gunfire in the distance...

I am so not fond of this season of the year~

The little fawn seemed excited that she had found the pile of acorns before her momma did~

What are these?  I like them~

The bark texture of the Buckeye trees, and autumn wildflowers...love these~

Final colours shared for this autumn, a hard swift wind, a nice couple of days of rainfall and they have all come tumbling down now~

This time of year offers hope for the future season, with an abundance of seeds shaking down.  Above is a Magnolia and below are more of those really neat berries from above, as well as Raintree seed pods~

Hmmm...  Lavender, or Salvia, not sure which, yet I really like them both very much!  Their fragrance soothes me~

These 4 images were taken at Cavehill~
