Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

Going to be a Difficult Challenge~

One very kind blogger was looking forward as well as others of my capturing one of the adults feeding the young one now that it has fledged.  That is going to be a difficult challenge, yet I shall do my best, as I am able.  The acreage is fenced off by property owners and I can only go so far on some of this land, or not at all.  I will post a few images that show a little of the depth of the tree coverage also that I am dealing with along with much Poison Ivy paths.  The other day, I managed to find the young one just as the hen was delivering food.  She no longer feeds the young one, as it has been taking food delivered for a couple of weeks now, and eating on it's own.  I was all but under the chick when the hen arrived and had to stay still and it was also an early rainy morning, so the images are not very striking~

* Note: in one image the adult female is on limb and the young one had just reached the meal she brought, and you can see it through the leaves~
