Red-Shouldered Hawk Hen and Her Young Single Eyas, TOO CUTE~



There are way too many images to ever keep up with from this single Eyas nesting season, but I felt I certainly must keep up with some of them and so must post their entry for this day~

  6. I hate the word "cute" which I think is a lazy way out from a more substantial description. I think it looks perfectly adapted for the ecological niche in which it finds itself. I hope the chick survives, I may spot it during my next visit to USA!
