Three large Turkey Vultures flew up and I do not know who frightened what the most~

You have heard me tell this before...sometimes I wonder where I am not supposed to be, not a lot, just a little, for a better look-see.  I did that day before yesterday...again, and got a wee fright.  I was minding my own business, looking for the nest of the Red-Tailed Hawks and all of a sudden from the ground and from out of nowhere, or so it seemed three large Turkey Vultures flew up and I do not know who frightened what the most, because they got out of there in a hurry, and so did I. To tell the truth, I don't think I shall venture there for the next several months, for the ticks are back along with larger snakes, and well, I am just not interested in those things~
*NOTE~  Never found the Red-Tailed Hawk nest either...

  1. The Vultures are back here too, and can be very pushy. They took after our van one time when we got too close to a deer carcass they were feeding on.
