Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

I put a large umbrella in the side garden and placed the scattered seed under it~

We have had another several inches of snow and more falling as I write. Last winter when the scattered birdseed would get all wet from snow falling, I came up with a plan to help the situation. I put a large umbrella in the side garden and placed the scattered seed under it. This is great for the ground foragers, as well as others that come to this area, rather than the feeders. Today, the Blue Jays came for some treats too~

  3. Love the umbrella idea. Its great symbol of protection from the elements. You are truly inviting and sheltering the Nature that resonates with you.
