Cherish is my favorite word, and I cherish the ability of turning the routine into a beautiful moment.
Nature creates in me, a spiritual and meditative time to bring peace, harmony and balance, into an otherwise ordinary day~

The sunshine against the back drop of somewhat muddy waters, gave a certain matte finish to the setting~

Near our home is a large pond and on that pond there are visiting geese and ducks that come and go, as they will.  Yesterday, as I walked past, the Mallard Ducks were having one of their daily dipping and bath times.  One of the ducks was having a great time showing himself off and I must say, he was very attractive, though once he quit the stretching of wings and such, I could no longer tell which one he was, for they all look very much the same.  The sunshine against the back drop of somewhat muddy waters, gave a certain matte finish to the setting~

  1. Like most men, the drake is puffing out his chest and flapping his wings. Great photos.
